Please include your name and contact details, preferred appointment date and time, the treatment(s) you would like to book in and I will get back to you as soon as possible with availability. If a suitable time is available, we can make your booking.
YOUR APPOINTMENT
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your treatment start time to allow time for you to check in, fill in your consultation form and unwind. Arriving late will reduce the treatment time, to ensure the next appointment is not delayed. There is 15 minute parking directly out the front of Little Nail Co, otherwise free parking all day on Dalkieth Road and 15 minute or 2 hour sections on Princess Road.
Please keep in mind that Emskin is located within a shared salon. We kindly ask that our clients respect others and keep noise to a minimum. If you need to take a call, please step outside.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that sometimes unexpected things come up and you may have to cancel your appointment. By notifying us as early as possible, this will allow us to fill your available spot.
If you are unable to make your appointment and need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice. If cancellations are made less than the required 24 hours, a fee of 50% of the appointment will be charged. Failure to show to an appointment without notice will result in full payment of your treatment. Payment can either be made over the phone or will be charged to your next appointment.
Extreme circumstances will be taken into consideration. By booking with us you are agreeing to the cancellation fees.

All personal information shared with Emskin will remain private and confidential.
Your privacy is important to us and we only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you.
We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent.
We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law. You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.
